Nature's Recyclers | A Land Ethic Workshop

Join us and celebrated educator Ron Cisar for November's Nature's Recyclers session of "A Land Ethic Workshop." This program will be held at Hitchcock Nature Center and is perfect for anyone with an interest in conservation and a desire to develop a better understanding of the natural world outside their own front door. 

Program participants will enjoy a full morning of instruction and learning including the process of nature's annual decomposition, the organisms responsible for breaking down organic matter in nature, a reading and discussion of Aldo Leopold's essay "Odyssey" & "A Mighty Fortress," and learn how to identify trees in winter.

Ages 14+. $15.
