BRRRR! It's cold outside! Why not warm up this holiday season at the Carter Lake Public Library for the second annual Winter Holiday Party on December 16th from 11:00-1:30 PM. Join us for some free festive fun with crafts, food, movies, games, and more! Registration is required if you want to decorate a gingerbread house! Come stop in and see who will be making a special guest appearance! Here's a hint! He is big, green, and used to be mean!
