Let's slow down the whirling pace of modern life and realign with the cadence of Mother Nature. Things we'll be reflecting on during this summer program: Feeling Discomfort and Flourishing Anyway
Each Meander & Gander program will take place outdoors, be seasonally focused, and include a moderate hike, guided meditation, breathwork, and time for reflection. No prior experience necessary.
Suggested to bring: notebook or journal, water, something to sit or lie upon (towel or small blanket), and weather-appropriate attire.
$15/person. Ages 16+. Pre-registration required.
