Join Jeff Quinn at the park for an hour of magical entertainment and be prepared to be AMAZED! In the event of inclement weather, this program will be cancelled. This program will be followed by a free sack lunch for kids ages 1-18. Lunch is provided by the Council Bluffs Community School District.
