Council Bluffs Soccer Club is excited to once again host the annual Halloween Havoc soccer tournament October 20-22, 2023. The tournament will be held at the Council Bluffs Recreation Complex at 2900 Richard Downing Drive in Council Bluffs, Iowa. This beautiful complex is conveniently located just off Interstates 80 and 29. The tournament is open to boys and girls teams, from U9 (2013) through U14 (2008), from premier to recreational levels. Some tournament highlights: Competitive and fun Halloween-themed tournament, with costumes encouraged. Costumes can be worn during games as long as they conform to standard safety & uniform requirements (such as unique numbers on the back of shirts, all shirts the same color, no hard or dangling items, etc.). Team costume contest where coaches must be included! Teams play a minimum of three games. (pending weather cancellations) Awards given for 1st and 2nd place teams.
