We Don't Eat Our Readers Penelope! Join the Carter Lake Public Library for a special storytime with Penelope Rex! Join us for stories, songs, movements, and dinosaur activities that will be sure to leave you roaring for more! This family fun is free and great for all elementary-aged kids and younger! Come create some fun memories and take pictures with Penelope herself! Penelope will be here on Saturday, December 2nd from 10:30-1:00 PM. You do not have to have a library card to attend!
